When creating a new property, a layout template (Pattern) featuring an optimized column structure is automatically injected to save precious time for content editors, while allowing you to globally define EPC scales and scores for the entire catalog. Since all property characteristics (price, surface area, bedrooms) are stored in a standardized manner within the wp_postmeta table, the plugin cleanly exposes these global metadata via the WordPress REST API, making your data instantly ready for a headless setup if you wish to power an external front-end application. Finally, the system handles an ultra-robust URL routing system in the background based on the ID (/biens/ID/property-name/), permanently eliminating 404 errors if a listing's title is modified.
