Content of messages exchanged with the site's chatbot, sent to the Google Gemini API and/or a dedicated application server — purpose: answering your questions about the site and services.
Email address and message content if you contact us by email — purpose: responding to your request.
Booking data (name, email, chosen time slot) if you book a call via the Cal.com booking tool — purpose: organizing the appointment.
Legal basis
Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for analytics and marketing cookies, and for use of the chatbot.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for responding to contact requests sent spontaneously by email.
Performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for booking an appointment via Cal.com.
Retention period
Consent cookie (cookiesConsent): 365 days.
Google Analytics data: 14 months maximum, per the configuration of the Google Analytics account used.
Emails and contact exchanges: kept as long as necessary to handle the request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years if no follow-up occurs.
Chatbot conversation history: kept for the duration of the session, unless stated otherwise within the chatbot itself.
Data recipients
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, and Google Gemini for the chatbot) — Google's privacy policy.
Cal.com Inc. (online appointment booking) — Cal.com's privacy policy.
Vercel Inc., GitHub Inc. and OVH SAS, as technical hosting providers for the site (see the "Hosting" section of the legal notice).
No data is sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
International transfers
Some recipients (Google, Cal.com, Vercel, GitHub) are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism implemented by these providers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data.
